Just got back from football... well it was more like streetfighting but anyway... was thinking of getting my own back next time we play them in the league and was looking at football injuries and saw this on a related link and well.. ouch

Them videos make me feel sick lol i can watch anything it's just the part where they go to put there foot down and it like bends and awwwww you can just imagine the pain. The wife shouted "will you f*ck off" because i kept watching it.

I broke my finger kickboxing, not quite as bad but it was gentle warm up sparring with no gloves and the other guy got a bit out of control doing some hard and fast kicks which i had to dodge and didnt feel much like a friendy warm up.
One caught my finger (I wasnt gonna sink to his level by doing this aswell) and it snapped in half with the bone sticking out, nice and pretty.

He was very apologetic etc and he was only fighting like that because he was new and i think becoming very frustrated that i wasnt letting him hit me -_-
