Clubbing and pills in Amsterdam (oh, and shrooms too)

Apologies for another Amsterdam thread, but I don't think this was covered in the last one (Mollys)....

Right, as part of the reason for us to come back from Oz was the proximity of Europe and our friends, I will be taking advantage of both these things in a couple of months and am off to the 'dam for a weekend of, well, drugs, essentially. Should be fun.

Now, ganja is easy, but we will be wanting to go clubbing too, and get mashed like we used to (I'm talking three years ago, not 15).

Pills/MDMA are illegal there, I believe, so getting them may be a little more difficult. Just how difficult is what I am trying to determine.

I really don't fancy getting them off those blokes who walk around in the Red Light District saying 'Coke, Pills, Speed'. Not just due to quality concerns, but also because I don't like the hard sell.

So yeah, anyone have any knowledge of reliable sources, or how they have gone about it in the past (e.g. in which coffee shop to ask if they know of anyone etc)?

Oh, and are 'shrooms legal and available there too? My friend reckons they are, but I don't know, and fancy giving them a blast.

Mushrooms used to be legal there, but not any more.

No idea about hard drugs, ask in coffeeshops and expect to be kicked out. Buy from "charlie speed pills" people and don't be surprised if you get robbed or given something that's completely different to what you're expecting. There's loads of strong legal alternatives available from the headshops, don't know whats good.
