I'm due a change of tyres and I change both at the same time.
I like the sporty but not OTT sporty tyres and these both fall in that category.
Wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these tyres?

FYI, they are for my 600 Hornet.

As far as I am aware Busters Accessories have Diablos on a good offer at the moment so that would be a big swinger for me.

NOT ANOTHER F*KING TYRE THREAD! Laughing

Ive had Diablos and im now switching to SportAttacks. Diablos are great tyres but from my experience (having ONLY experienced Diablos) they are very very soft. Which is good for grip, not so good for wear. The have a definite pointy profile which means your bike will 'drop' into turns - can be a bit concerning until you become accustomed to it. They turn progressive to a point then tend to fall a lot quicker once they reach that point. Grip is all you could need on the road. Towards the end of there life though the front has started to slip away occasionally causing a few uneasy moments when cranked right over, and the rear now squirms and spins up very easy over white lines etc. But as said that is only towards the end of the life cycle. They warm up fairly quickly and are pretty confidence inspiring.
Only reason im changing to Contis is I want to try something else for the sake of trying something else.
Note; I find Diablos utter shite in the wet, but that could be influenced by me becoming a bit nervy on shiny wet tarmac
Thumbs Up

I've got RoadAttacks on my Hornet 6, it's handles ok, there's only one slight niggle, in damp conditions the back feels lively and I'm not too confident in it. In the dry, at least, they warm up proper fast (couple of miles) and I've never felt iffy about the front.

But I'm a ham fisted pillock, and have only just mastered which direction to face when I sit on the bike tbh.

I'm going to be using them in all weathers so some wet grip would be nice haha!
From swiftb38's comments and rather extensive experience with the Diablos I think I might go for the Contis. I did have Diablo Stradas which I found a bit iffy in the wet too.

Had Sport Attacks on the 7R, not too bad on the daily commute and even on a cold November trackday.

Had road attacks on my old CBR 6 but due to it getting stolen cant comment on how long they would have lasted.

Grip wise they were fine and so i'm going to try them on the my bike next change as the Roadsmarts which is a really good tyre has suddenly worn down at an alarming rate !

I'd gone through 2 winters on Stradas with no problems. I guess I'm used to slippery conditions on them though.
