The first bike I rode that was more powerful than my NSR was G's bike (Race ZX9 143bhp) and that was 'interesting' but I didn't crash Very Happy

Then again just having a go on a bike in an industrial estate and riding a bigger bike day to day is a different matter. Stephen would be the best person to talk to as he jumped from an NSR to a ZX6 Very Happy (bastard Razz )

If you can control yourself then you will be alright. But if your going to ride like a tit, and not undertstand what you are riding then your buggered.

Craig also went NSR > ZX6R and he's still with us as well Wink

I went from the old NS125R to my CBR6

As Ste said if your carefull and obviously dont instantly pin the throttle you'll simply adapt to all the lovely useable power thats available Very Happy

I find the bigger engine soo much easier to ride to be honest, but I've noticed I'm starting to push my bike harder and its starting to tell me the I'm reaching my limits (not the bikes) so I'll have to back off a bit and improve my riding otherwise I'm gona end up like a squashed frog. Laughing
