As if the ban of chocolate, pop, biscuits etc wasn't bad enough. Now the kids have a waste ban!!

Yes they have their lunch boxes checked and marked up/down on a points basis according to how much waste they have ie. crisp packets, yog pots, sandwich wrapping etc.

I can't help but think that they will soon expect the kids to turn up to school with nothing other than a bag of apples. And even then they'll be disciplined for the bag.

Haha, not only did my lunch consist of cheeseburger, chips and gravy and irn-bru, we used to make a mess with whatever we didn't eat. Kids should have what they want, the ones who are eating healthy food at school tend to be less greasy, then they get prime choice of clunge when they go out drinking at 14. I know I didn't scraps ftw.

I'd put a letter inside the lunch box addressed to the teacher telling him or him to politely f*ck off and that I packed it for the child and any waste or junk food inside said box is none of their c*nting business.

Or be ironic and pick up some leaflets on recycling from the council and wrap their sandwiches in that...

My idea was to send them with their carton of fresh orange squeezed into the lunch box, followed by emptying the tub of yoghurt into it and then adding the unwrapped sandwich and packet of crisps followed with a good shake.

Wonder how many points they would score then.

Pity they would discipline as well or pay attention to the spelling of some kids today. Apparently 4m means from what a waste of time that could be better spent on education. fair enough to teach them about recycling and I am sure they have recycling bins in schools.
I would feel really angry if some teacher took my sons lunch off him because they though differently about what he should and should not have and how much tin foil I use on his sandwich. I would want to damage to teacher.
