House contract issues.

My girlfriend is in her second year at uni and has moved into a house with some of her mates. Signed a contract and everything. The only problem is the people she has moved in with are being utter c*nts and are making her life hell.

They go out of there way to ignore her and play stupidly loud shit music all day. She doesn't want to live there anymore but isn't sure what she can do. She signed the contract for one year and the only way to move out before that is after 3 month and even then you have to find someone to take your place. But she can't wait 3 month it's only been a week already.

They're utter ignorant bastards. We are planning on seeking proper advice i just thought someone on here might know a bit aswell. So how the funk do's she get out of the contract. The contract is a standard contract with the usual bollox like the landlord will repair damages, leave the house how you find it, no pets and states when you should pay your rent.

Help!!!

Legally, she's stuffed. Always vet the people you're going to live with first.

She can go break the contract, but that can cause some serious arseache as far as dealing with the Landlord's concerned. Alternately, she could anonymously tip off the police about the noise nuisance, which may put the her housemates straight.

I wish she could mate. They are being utter pricks though. We walked out last night and went round a mates but my girlfriend was crying when she left. So they text her to see if she was alright. She explained all the craic and all they said back was that they didn't want her to move out but they don't want me there either. But if i'm not there she won't be there either. I don't get what there problem is though because we are never in the house anyway and i pay her share of the rent if it wasn't for me she couldn't live there anyway.

I've never had the urge to kill someone as much as these make me want too lol.
