The gumph that was sticking my numberplate to the mount has started to loose it's stickyness (primarily because I left the whole rear mudguard/pannier arrangement resting on the plate when it was off the bike) and as a result, my plate is sitting at a rather jaunty angle. I'm off on a wee trip in about 10-14 days so I want it sorted for then. Ideally I would just drill through the plate and mount and bolt it, but I don't have a drill (or any means of getting one) at the moment. So anyone have an idea of what sort of adhesive I would need to use?

Cheers, Stu

araldite or any other high-strength 2-part adhesive should suffice. Rough the mating surfaces with a bit of sandpaper and make sure both are clean and free from dirt or grease for best results.

Thumbs Up
