Screw in new tyre??? - Power valve Fuse???

so my new bikes done 107 mile.

and theres a bloody screw stuck right in the back tyre!
the screw isnt that big, but i think its done some damage, looks like its gone all the way in, how deep are the treds all the way to the wheel?
what can i do?
the tyres are around £70 new so dont wona pay it if i dont have to.

also, i need to put a fuse in the powervalve (i will do it once the bikes run in) but some people say use a 15amp, and other says that will damage the CDI and electronics, so what amp fuse do i need?

a mates just run in his gilera sc125 (exactly the same bike just different name) and his just put an ordinary 15 amp fuse and its seems to be doing well.

not bad bikes really, just once you put the fuse in, watch out for the front getting light

nope, so far he has just put the fuse in, he is thinking bout getting a new exhaust for it tho, but hasn't done so yet.
