Hey guys!

I've -01 model Honda NSR and it should be de-restricted (I followed the guides of www.nsr125.com. I removed intake restrictor and exhaust restrictor. I also adjusted RC-valve. and checked that servo motor is working. I tried to test my top speed few days ago @ highway and it was little downhill. My bike can just reach 140km/h (87mph). I think there can't be a rpm restrictor because bike can reach like 13k rpm with 1st and 2nd gear and like 11,5 rpm @ 6th gear. My friend got a -99 NSR and he can reach like 160km/h (100mph) with his bike. Our bikes are exactly same (Not the outfit but engine side) I'm just thinking can there be a some hidden restrictor in servo motor or somewhere?

he's your man for everything nsr related, from derestriction to wiring diagrams he'll help you out, nice guy too Smile

Time for a fresh set of rings? On my old NSR I could hit 85ish and after a new rings bearings ect I could hit 95mph on the flat. not bad for a 125

give me your serial number (between the yokes) something like ZDCJC22?01Fxxxxxx . the question mark letter is very important !
