I`ve had an einstein moment...i think Idea

My last few bikes haven`t really given me too much pain in the back, wrists, elbows but the ape i`m on now does...big time.
Today i discovered something, purely by accident, that made the whole sports bike experience 100% better and actually made riding a sports bike comfortable Shocked

it`s so simple i dont know why someone hasn`t discovered it before.
Just buy yourself an a-stars el nino suit, keep it in its waist bag,and wear the bag around your mid section every time you go out.
Problem solved...trust me!

Don`t karma bash me till you`ve tried it.I know it sounds dumb but it really does work.

Thumbs Up

BTW this isnt a plug for a-stars el nino suits and i dont sell them either,i`m sure it`d work just the same with any other waist bag too.

How does wearing a belt keep weight off your wrists ?

Sure there wasn't some other variable involved? Perhaps you'd just taken a rather large poo? I don't find my bike uncomfortable, though it's more sports tourer. Laughing Maybe you just have bad posture that is corrected by a waist band.

allow me to explain a bit better.

Usually with waist bags (or bum-bags as some people call them) theyre worn round the back on your arse, all i do is spin it around so that the bag is at the front. It acts like a cushion against the tank and props me up so that my wrists and arms can stay loose on the bars and i dont have to try and take the load on my back either.
It might not work for everyone. If youve got a big fat gut, unlike me, that will probably do the same trick anyway.lol
Like i said though,i havent had the problem as severe as this with other sportsbikes,so it may well be that the ape isnt suited to my size/shape/dimensions.It is considerably bigger and heavier than the other bikes i`ve had.(r6,6rr,zx)
Without the bag on i find the ape a terrible bike to ride.Within 20 minutes i`m in agony and usually have to stop for a rest, straighten up,and let the blood flow back into my wrists.

here`s a pic, imagine the bag at the front instead of the back, with the suit inside it,and you might get what i mean.
