Depends on how fast you are. If you're hammering around in the fast group then go for some Diablo Supercorsas/Racetecs but you'll want tyre warmers (and genny) due to heat cycles. If you're Novice/mid Inters or so then some road based tyres like Diablos Corsas/2CT's will be more than grippy enough but wont suffer from heat cycling and they should last almost their life.

On my cbr f i use Dunlop 208 rr's at the moment, cant fault them really although once they're done i'll be throwin some supercorsas on to see what they do.

The CBR is 160 rear tyre right?

The supercorsa make or excellent track tyres a d come in a 160 rear Thumbs Up

Get a 70 section front.

A set of warmers would be a good investment too .... nothing fancy required for trackdays, just chepo ones will do (people can prolly recommend some specific chepos) to get/keep some heat in! Thumbs Up

160 rear although I know a lot that use 180s with no problem although they seem easier to come by so probably why
