I have been trying unsuccessfully to locate a copy of Performance Bikes, July edition as I understand there was a tyre test/review in it.

Can anyone fill me in on what the outcome was or better still link me to it online where I can read the full article? Karma

not had a proper read yet but they only tested Mitchelins..

they judged it on lap times

pilot road 2
pilot power 2 ct
power 1

power 1 had the fastest lap time

No road test at all. Just a test to find out if you should get sticky rubber for trackdays basically.

I would have thought that was fairly obvious if you are just going to ride on track use track tyres.

If you ride on the road use road tyres.

It's not difficult.

I think the idea was being able to ride there and back as well as use them on the track.
