Great film and so wonderfully dark. Definately up there in my top ten of all time.

" I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when my fear is gone I will turn and face fear's path, and only I will remain. "

And of course the classic line

" My name is a killing word "

If you like the film i'd recommend the books - like most books made into films, there's a lot more detail in the book than in the film.
Thumbs Up

The film is almost un entirely like the books. The weirding way in the books doesn't involve sound, its just a martial art.

Its like David Lynch took some elements of the novels, wrote his own and adapted that to the screen.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
