Im thinking what to do for my next step up ...
get a Yamaha R125 or a 600cc but restrict it ...

Hi

You need to have passed you test to ride anything over 125cc.

Personally I don't think it is a good idea for people to jump straight onto sports 600s with little experience (and that includes people who have done DAS).

Wouldn't bother with the R125.
I was out riding today on my Pit bike, Came across a lad on an R125. It was so gutless and slow. And sounded like sh*t too.

Go for an NSR125 if you want to ride on L plates.

Cheap basic slightly sporty looking 125. For what they are built and sold for they are fine.
