Okay so it starts out at a party. This party was a campout in a girls field with all of my close mates..

Now when I was inside the house, a friend of mine thought it would be funny to try and set my car alarm off. But because she was pissed she must have been actually jumping on my car Mad

The party went on without me knowing about this. Then in the morning a mate woke me up asking for my car keys so he could move my car. So I give him my keys and that was that.

The next day I noticed a few dents that have appeared on my car and asked my mates about them. Then one of my friends told me about the certain girl who was jumping on my car and had actually dented my cars drivers side wing. My friend wanted my keys to actually pop the bonnet to try and pop the dent out a bit so it wasn't as bad, he managed to make it a lot smaller.

Now after he told me this, I automatically rang the said girl and give her a good ear full! She said sorry and has said she'll pay for the damages. But there is also another dent in my boot that she wont own up too. She says it was someone else but she won't say who.

Now what can I do?

I also want to know if I should forgive the girl. What would BCF do if you were in this situation?

Can't say I'd have any sympathy with her, and I'd want her to pay for the lot. I would be rather insistant, shall we say.

If she's fit she can make up with it via oral I guess Thumbs Up

Why? Should make it easier, wait til she's a bit drunk again, by the sound of her i'm guessing this should be a matter of minutes, and then ask her who dented the boot again, betting it'll come spilling out, was probably her aswell,

If someone jumped all over my car and dented it, drunk or not I'd be absolutely furious! I can't believe you're so calm Confused

If she won't tell you who dented the back, tough she'll have to pay up seeing as she's already had a fecking party on the front, stupid selfish little cow!

Outrageous behaviour and a disgraceful way to treat someone else's property imo. Yoof Rolling Eyes

I concur, I'd also mention possible charges for criminal damage etc

Get three quotes for the all of the damage to be put right, and let her choose which one she accepts. Do not give her the option of getting out of the damage to the back.

You could in all fairness have her done for criminal damage.

Tell her to cough up or you will shop her. Exclamation

3 quotes for the repairs or the police and insurance. Dead easy. There is no such things as mates when it comes to damage to your property. In 10 years time she won't be around so get her to pay and then fuck her off. I bet she has done this sort of thing before and got away with it using the mate/ I'm only a girl card.
Make sure you don't give her any way to claim a rape charge against you too.
