What is the quickest way to get into Donington by car avoiding the queues, I'll be coming down the A50 from Stoke?

Thanks

My last trip to donny, just straight up the a50, across every roundabout until the first signpost and sliproad. Signposted there on in. Got there reasonably quick as i remember. Where abouts in stoke are you.

I was there earlier this year but went on the bike and traffic is a bit less of a problem. I'm not in Stoke but come from Chester so go thru Stoke on the A50.

Not sure what to expect in the way of queues to get in though, any thoughts

By helicopter, rather than road - especially if it's a race day...
