first pic:
leftmost is a triumph (probably T100 or 120)
middle is probably a dommie
rightmost (i think) may be a matchless.
the cafe racer pic is a commando with the optional racer kit that was sold ( althought is the side pannel does say norvil then it's a remake and can be bought new) but i would guess at 750cc
the one with the wierd engine (in blue) is a suzuki RE5 which has a wankel rotary engine
the monkey bike (i think) is a Z50A
the yellow one (with the big mudguards) is an indian (i think)
