Where are framenumber and battery on a Honda SFX 50

Hello all

I'm a noob at motorcycles, but I just got a used Honda SFX 50 for my wife. Stupidly I lost the registration papers Embarassed

and the bike came with no handbook, so I come here in the hope someone can help me:

- mainly, to get the registration documents I need to find the frame number (French: numéro de chassis). Who can tell me where to look?

I found a number: VTMAF37COTE000405, on a silver plate on the side... Is that it?

Then, but less important, how do you get to the battery? The bike was long unused, so teh battery is dead. I can start with the kicker, but my wife prefers the starter so if if barrery does not charge I'll have to change it... Rolling Eyes
