No there isnt, it's a bi product of having to mix oil in the combustion chamber.

It's perfectly normal just ignore it.

as the prev poster has said, a 2stroke motor cycle burns oil with the petrol to lubricate the cyclinder/piston - a by product of this is a oily exhaust system.

So its normal on your bike, you might have a larger build up of it if the bike has been left on tick over for long periods or only been pootling about. giving it some full throttle should clear it out

Ive got a four stroke, and noticed the same thing. little splotches of black liquid coming out when u start it up... and more comes out when u rev. But afte the bike warms up, its gone..
- i brought up the issue on my next service.. and they said, not to worry cuz it was just water that was collecting soot from inside the pipe that was coming out.. (water that condenses in the pipe overnight! - or water from the combustion??) and the reason it stops after the bike warms up is cuz, the water vapourises...

But with your 2 stroke it might be a completely diff thing.. but hey?? just thought id share!! =D
