no spark - aprilia af1 125

hi guys got me new bike, needs clean up etc.
had to fit a new fly wheel that was supplied and have done that.
close inspection of the bike i can only find two wires unpluged that i dont know what do the rest are lights etc.

Have taken the plug out and put ontop so i would be able to see if theres a spark but nothing on several attempts but one time when i held the plug cap against the engine i think one of those wires touched my hand and i gotta shock so theres some power somehwere.

this loose wires is is joined onto a joint between the coil and the flywheel area.

Pretty pants description but anyone any ideas what i should be looking for ?
