Appears to be a knock off supertrapp exhaust. You can add or remove the plates to "tune" the exhaust, this means make it louder or quieter in reality.
The BS plate looks exactly like one of the ones you get off ebay and will not fool any MOT tester, however I imagine it should pass ok as long as it's not knackered and you "tune" it to the quiet end of the spectrum

Cool
Doesn't seem right having no hole in the end of the can!
So maybe i should just leave one disk in to keep it as quiet as possible...Will see what sort of difference it makes when i get the bike running.
Finally got all the parts through from honda and it's being re-bored as i type
So these disks in theory will (might) require carb re-jetting as i adjust them?
