As some of you will know I have a TZR project bike with a leaky fork seal. I was looking on fleabay for a set of forks and was wondering is it possible to convert my front end to that of a TZR125R? I can get the whole lot, upside-down forks, yokes, caliper and reservoir. The idea came to me after seeing the size of the front disc on a mate Belgarda TZR. Any advice much appreciated Smile

Does nobody know if the forks and yokes from a TZRR will fit the earlier models? I really like the idea of the big front brake and upside-downs Smile

Hi

I would doubt it is a bolt in job. The Italian TZR125 uses a frame which is basically that of a TZR250 (and used also on the SZR660).

You might well be abe to do it by pressing out the stem from the existing bottom yoke and pressing it into the bottom yoke of the TZR125R.

All the best

Keith

Hi

Doubt the caliper will fit. The Italian TZR125s had Brembo calipers (and disks and wheels) and Paoli forks rather than the normal Japanese stuff.

All the best
