Honda nsr 125 front suspension oil seals

Hi im busy replacing my fork seals on my nsr 125 and it seems that the seals are tight and are being a pain to remove , i have stripped the hole leg down to the bone.
Does any one have any suggestions on how to get the seals out without damaging the fork outer leg .

I put a coupl of screws in mine and then pulled on them with molgrip pliers.

I have also used a small flathead screwdriver to kind of dig into the rubber and start to prise out.

Use your ingenuity, like you say, beware the fork stantion. Maybe slide some card alongside whatever you are doing, to protect the fork.

hi yha got it out , just used a screwdriver to prise it out evenly and it popped out , thanks
