CBT is easy. Remember it's not a test, it's training.
Listen to the instructor and do exactly what he tells you to.
Ride properly on the road remembering what the instructor said.
Obtain certificate.

As said, it's a training course to make sure you're safe to learn on the road.
Many of the people doing it will never even have sat on a bike before.
Just pay attention and follow the instructions, your biggest problem will probably be unlearning any bad habits you may have taught yourself. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
