Made me smirk so I thought I would share.

Converting some vinyl to mp3 for my Godfather, this was on a sleeve.

I remember when i was a kid I used to use a cassette recorder with the mic propped against the speaker of a record player so that I could tape the music.

Home taping is killing music -> CD piracy is killing music -> Illegal downloads are killing music.

It's a wonder it's not dead yet.

Exactly what I thought Mr Wheel.

It's not deceased, it's just stunned.

What they really mean isn't that it's 'killing music' (as proved by the fact music is still alive since the days of copying vinyl to tape, when they first started issuing the warnings), it's "reducing our fat profits".

It's about greed, nothing else. If the leeching scum charged a fair price a lot more people would pay. 79p for one track off iTunes? Get FVCKED. But I'm happy to pay 9p (fiesta.com).

Funny how cds have come down in price over the years, almost as if piracy forced them to lower their prices...
