Being an NVidia guy myself I haven't got a clue when it comes to ATI cards, and my current motherboard uses an ATI chipset so I may as well have them matching.

What graphics card would BCF recommend for less than £80?

OR do I push the boat out, get a nice new motherboard with an NVidia chipset and an 8800?

i think the hd4850 got good reviews.

Just a quick question in relation to this, but all because you have an ATI motherboard, does that mean you have to use ATI graphics card, or can you use any card?
