No, they're not done by aliens or anything like that, they're done by people but how?

https://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2009/milkhill6/P70501632.jpg

Any guesses at how complicated ones like this are made where the crop has been bent like this? Or this, where everything has has been folded in some pattern. This is 250m x 60m and has the crops like this, how do you make a 250 meter jelly fish at night? Laughing

So how do people make designs like these that look like there aren't are any errors, made at night, without breaking the crop stalks?

They have like a board of a certain width with string and they hold it up then flatten the crops then lift it up and flatten the next part.

How does a board flatten crops like this or this?

Using a board with bits of rope would work for simple designs but it would break the seams of the crops as you've got to stand somewhere, in the pictures of crop circles the stems are bent rather than broken. And surely making any design of those sizes would need lots more than a board and rope? Standing on wooden boats wouldn't flatten the crops like this.

And even if it is done with boards, how do people actually manage to make those designs? Confused

Wearing clogs with blunt spikes would prevent most stem-breakage, and if people are prepared to go to such trouble to make the circles in the first place I'm sure special footware wouldn't be a biggie.

The idea that aliens make them is derisory. A bit like an astronaut getting a buggy to the moon and doing donuts with it.

As for the complexity of some of them, that's nothing that cannot be achieved with intelligent planning and preparation.

I went to see this one back in '93, in the middle of the night when i had taken a large amount of LSD.
It was going well until we discovered some dead birds at the edges of the circle, at which point we freaked out somewhat.
Then, the police arrived and things got even stranger.......

So far we have people each with a wooden board with string that they hold and they're wearing clogs with blunt spikes on the soles.

So how do they actually make something like this at night?

https://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2009/milkhill3/P7010041.jpg

It's about 1500ft long Laughing

No idea how they are made, but since working in the industry have always considered them very selfish.

Would not be happy as a farmer to find that much crop nackered beyond being able to harvest it. Hard enough to get a decent yield year on year in this country.

Not that most of the farmers ive met have been short of a few quid, but thats hardly the point.

Judging by the multiple imperfections, probably in a bit of a hurry.
