Technically Islamists, and any other religion that isn't Catholic is "blasphemous" towards them so they are basically declaring religious war with everyone else by criminalising anyone that comes into their country that isn't one of their own.

Actually...

Looking at it, it seems as if the law would cover blasphemy in terms of any religion be it Islam, Catholicism or anything else.

It's hard to make out, but they are talking about it being part of defamation law. The only true defence against defamation is to prove what ever defamatory statement made, was false.

This could lead to a court case arguing the existence of god. It would devalue swearing on the bible... Atleast for the accused if not for the plaintiff...
