Don't HATE that much music, dislike a lot though.

Hate bands like Oasis/The Streets/Artic Monkeys etc - all arrogant pricks and I've no time for them.

I hate Happy Hardcore stuff (as mentioned) especially with those stupid wee squeeky high voices in a fast speed - It's fucking childish.

I hate female singers who try too hard and use the "airyness" of their voice because they have no real power or skill.

Dislike rap & R&B stuff - sometimes got a good beat etc but otherwise just wank.

Dislike most chart/pop stuff (duffy, katy perry, adele etc) but for some reason I do like Lily Allen in some sort of way, I can't explain.

Dislike heavy metal/death metal/etc - too much for my fragile ears but you can hear some quality stuff in there if you're in the right mood.

I read an interview with David Gray and he expressed his utter contempt for solo female artists who are way over emotive in their singing and just wail up and down a scale for 30 seconds believing it to be sound good (think christina aguilera, leona lewis etc). It's all Mariah Careys fault really, but at least it sounds decent when she does it. Anyways, I share David Grays thoughts on this issue.

Pretty much anything in the charts, though there usually a catchy tune that will hold my attention right up until the point where the radio has played it for the 8736th time that hour.

Happy hardcore with chipmunks singing. That includes that Scooter shit. Some people should be sterilised at birth.

Most Hip-hop/Rap is dire these days, probably anything made 2002/2003 onwards is worthless.

Anyone remember those adverts for the "Thunderdrome" techno compilations (think they wuz German or Dutch) that used to be on Satellite in the mid 90's? Jesus fuck they were hilarious in their shiteness then, even more pathetic that simillar stuff is still being advertised, with the same killing spree inducing beat and shit vocal, 14 or 15 years later. Also anyone who owns a "Bonkers" compilation should spend the rest of their lives upto their necks in human excrement as punishment. Absolute fucking bollocks.
