18th Birthday party weekend

Ok people, I turn to you for ideas.

My step brothers 18th Birthday is on the 5th September. That weekend I want to throw him the best 18th Birthday ever, but im kind of stumped for ideas.

There are four of us including him likely to attend, with the intention of going somewhere. It can be the UK, it can be Europe.

The only criteria is plenty of booze....

Fill me with ideas...preferably researched!

Stay at home, purchase a family bag of Ringos, couple of packets of Pickled Onion flavour Monster Munch, three 2 Litre bottles of Lilt, Bucket of Maltesers, Twister, Hungry Hungry Hippos, a tube of Extra Value Ping Pong Balls and add a couple of T.J.'s into the mix.

Still pretty cheap there, can get good deals on hostels for 4 of you (check out the clown and bard, for a weekend it cost us 20 quid each I think to share a 5 man room with shower/kitchen etc, and a -vegetarian - 'breakfast' from 6am - 2pm).

The strip clubs are excellent there, as they're all prossies. So the 'strippers' are trying to give you the horn to get you to part with more money. So you pays your money, you get in the club, and you watch constant stripping

Oh and weed is fairly legal, so theres a couple of pubs (one definitely near said hostel) where you can buy weed from behind the bar and smoke it in the pub

Was definitely an excellent weekend. If I'd gone with more intelligent people who could budget better, I'd of been happier. But a weekend including flights, hostel and more then enough spending money shouldn't be more then £300 each.

Well I revived the thread, knowing the brother doesnt come on here...

Basically yes he is going to the 'Dam, but doesn't know it. Taking the party ferry from up north across.

Due to time constraints we have one night in Amsterdam..

No time to explore, I have one day, one night, and until the following afternoon to do everything!

Accomodation is booked near to Leidslein and ferry is booked. I just need info on what to do with him, particually good clubs, a good sex club to get him abused in and any other info you have...I went about two years ago..

You've been, you know the drill, Amsterdam is based on a grid system, nothing much will have changed in 2 years - except where you are allowed to smoke.

Actually trying to remember which bike forum I chat on where a member lives in the 'Dam...possibly not on here...quite possibly 100% Biker.

Don't get pissed in Amsterdam, one of the few things wrong with that town is pissed brits. Can get pissed anytime in this country, if nothing else it seems a bit of a waste to go over there to get pissed.

Print out a copy of this map, its very useful. But no matter how lost you get, there are always signs to centraal station.

If you're only there for one night, unbook the hotel and don't sleep. Sleep is for the weak.

Sex clubs... just wander around the red light district and decided which one seems a good idea. Some of the clubs have people outside shouting stuff to try and get you to go in, stuff like "live sex show, come on in, it not so smelly yet" and "come see dirty filthy sleaze", so just take your pick.

In the red light district see if you can find the road that is known as "big black momma alley", its amusing.

Walk around the red light district at least until you get hookers chasing after you, hitting you with whips as you walk past, or other similar attempts by them to get business.

Ideally you want it to be raining when you go, cos in the red light district there are all the crack heads who hassle you trying to sell drugs "charlie, speed, ecstasy", but... it seems that crack heads have yet to invent the umbrella.
