Just a quick question.

If a bike has no power in its battery, will it cause it to run sluggish under 7k revs?

Just the bike in question is for sale and I was wondering if it was more than just a flat battery. If it is then it will have to be taken off ebay.

eeerrr... dont know to be honest.
i wouldnt have thought it would be a battery problem, that sounds more of a mechanical issue.

the bikes a Kawasaki ZX6r A1P '02 reg.

I don't like the sound of this. I'm off to get a new battery for the bike tomorrow and then I will report back.

My dad says its fine after 7k. He had to go up a hill in 1st, while blipping the clutch to get the revs up.

They are fuel injected though, could low power affect that?

Turn off headlights and tail lights, or disconnect bulbs if you can't turn them off and try again...?

My SV1000 ran really badly on a flat battery. I bumped it to start it, but the battery was so dead, I couldn't even ride it.

New battery, problem solved. So yes, it could be the battery.

I think thats also more of a issue on vtwins, not sure why someone will probably spark in and say.
Remember when matts went flat he said it was a utter pig to bump and kept dying after being bumped till battery was charged.. (sv650)
