Puma boots

Bought a pair of Puma Brutalle Gortex boots recently - had only worn em a couple of times and following a score mark appearing on the toe of the left boot, the surface skin started peeling back.

Took them back to the shop - they said would need to go back to Puma (had a set of loaners in the meantime).

After about a week gets a call from the shop and Puma have issued a credit - fair do's to Puma - I thought they might tell me it was my fault and to do one.

Ended up with a pair of Diadoras with something called 'Veratex' (Gortex ripoff?) & £40+ refund.

A bit of messing about but right result. Thought they deserved the mention for some decent customer service (a refreshing change!).
