A home address? Not possible without hacking the account, and even then there's no guarantee it has an address or it's the correct one.

If it's linked to an eBay account for example or is used as a user name on a forum, it can narrow the area down enough so other methods of triangulation can be employed...

What's the hotmail address?

See if the Hotmail address is attatched to a Myspace or Facebook account. That should tell you where they are from roughly. Then use their name from the account to search for them in that area using a directories program.
