Hi
I had one. Loved it but some gits nicked it (if anyone findd B78OPR I would still like it back).
Engine is basically the same as the MTX125 (there are differences, most obvious external one being the water pipes from the barrel to the crankcases) which was on sale for far longer, so engine bits should be fairly easy (even though Honda appear to not want to sell parts for anything of any age).
Not sure the caliper is shared with anything else. Think the MTX caliper was similar, but on the other side (vague memory). However just had a quick look on the EBC catalogue and there are a load of bikes listed with the same front brake pad now, mainly Hyosungs.
Speed wise if not derestricted expect a true 70~75mph (main restriction is the exhaust). If derestricted the will reach the end of the speedo just about (90mph indicated).
From memory a few NS125 bits can be fitted if you are desperate (I remember someone swapping in an NS swinging arm and back wheel).
They were on sale for at least 2 years. Not worth a massive amount (although there was one on Ebay recently that went for a fair bit, but it was immaculate and low mileage). If you do decide to sell it then let me know as I could be interested (god knows where I would put it though).
All the best
