Crashing at 70 on a scooter will hurt just as much as crashing on a 1000cc sports bike. Next time don't bother wearing trackies, you might as well ride nude.

If you dont like wearing proper gear, you can buy protective jeans that have armour.

The road rash looks nasty, you will have some nice scars from that. I have scars on both knees from injuries like that from getting nocked off my 400 wearing jeans.

Why the hell did you ride uninsured on a mates bike and crash it? There is a reason why you need to pass a test before you ride anything bigger than a 125. You have just proved this perfectly.

Just another statistic and bad name against bikers in general.

P.S. Hope you get well soon.

Borrowed friends bike, a little bit stoned, uninsured, woke up in ambulance, was probably doing between 65 and 80. Gilera DNA 180
Wearing trackies, trainers, a jacket which is now just bits of cloth.

Now the part that counts!

The only bit that would count would be a massive SORRY to your mate who's bike it was......

You expect any sympathy for a few scrapes like that...... Embarassed Rolling Eyes

Hope they throw the book at you.... Twisted Evil

Best news is that no-one else ended up hurt, and with any luck you'll get a bill through for the ambulance right after the police are finished with you.

If your mate let you do that knowing you were 'a bit stoned' then he best not be bleating about it, perhaps he needs a word in his ear by plod for allowing you on it.

Thumbs Up

The only good thing to come from this thread is that its a good lesson to the guys out there not wearing protective clothing and/or incapcitated riders.

You have been warned!

are you trying to show off about:

A. riding with no insurance
b. riding under the influence
c. trashing your mates bike
d. riding with just trackies on coming off and fucking yourself up

to me it sounds like your a typical and i put this loosely "chav". Great give the rest of scoota/bikes a bad name.
It has been mentioned that you have wasting ambulance and police time over a incident that if you had used the brain you was born with this would not have happened and people wonder why my and everybody elses insurance is so high because of nobs like you

give your self a pat on the back Thumbs Up

Glad to see you're okay and hope you've learned your lesson about riding stoned, uninsured and with awful clothes on.

Could have been a lot worse, thank your stars.

Did you get fucked by the police?

What was the actual accident, you just coming off?

I really hope you got fully collared, boarded and immobilised... and that the ambulance staff were particularly stindgey with the pain relief...
