Tequila doesn't have a worm in the bottle... Mezcal does.

Both alcoholic drinks tastes the same apart from that Mezcal has the most disgusting after taste, meanwhile Tequila only leaves you with third degree burns.

I've got some home made firewater. Maybe I'll crack it out at the engagement party. I have no clue as to how high it's percentage is, but I can tell you that you get one ugly drunk hangover as well as a full throats purification. If you thought Tequila was bad, you should taste this stuff.

The family back in Spain make it even though they have no license to do so. It's made from distilling the remains of grapes once the juice has come out to make wine. Also there's a variation of this that consists of filling the bottle you're going to put the liquid in with cherries and then leaving it for a few months.
