Have you tried swapping the bulb over to make sure they aren't blown? usually this would result in rapid flickering of the others though. As above the switch might be the cause. Squirt some WD40 into the switch to clean it out (WD40 is safe on electrics)
P.S. Pop into halfords and buy a tin of black engine laquour. Its really thick gloopy paint and covers rust no problem. It also happens to colour match just about every bike with a black frame. Apply that onto the rust areas of the frame and the frame will look like new  |
