hi guys here i am yet again in the need of help from your kind selves!
My xenon lights i purchased from you guessed it ebay have gone insane!they are a h4 single bulb and they died on me a few nights ago!rode home in the dark not much fun!had a look and a wiggle with all the wires and fuse etc etc and they came on!great news i thought to myself!until i looked at the bike keys in my hand!they stay on with no key and do not turn off?any idea on where to look first?many thanks yet again

i had same problem, and so did my friend.... the same night not fun lol. we didnt manage to get any light which was bad but the next day when i did have a look id did the same thing, my light wouldnt turn off.

I looked about and found that when i did my amateur fix i had bypassed a fuse and just gone wire to wire, when i connected it back to the fuse it was ok.

hope that helps im no mechanic but that worked for me.

hi did your bike come with xenon lights as standard or have you just put them in ?

Double check all the wiring to make sure it is not shorting out or insulation hasn't rubbed away. BE CAREFUL around the igniter as it is high voltage for HID's. Maybe worth disconnecting the battery first. Also check that water hasn't got into the igniter bypassing the switch causing it to stay on permanently.

hi guys sorry for delay net been down so on my mob again!i had a little look around found there was a 3pin relay that was corroded also the fuse had some chalky lookin stuff on it?water in them both?is it worth tryin to fix?could this be the problem?cheers again for your time and help guys Smile
