heat up with a hairdryer...
twist around untill the glue underneath is workable...
pull very hard with a few mates holding the bike...
if that dont work... try to pry the grip away from the bar with a screwdriver, then spray some lube in there.
or just cut them off if they are not heated grips, they only cost like £15 to replace.  |

My mate stanley dose the job for me.
And a tip for getting them back on some hair spray, lubes it up nice for about 20 seconds. Then sicks enough to hold em.  |
