What's it cost you to run your bike on a monthly basis?

How many MPG can you get off a full tank?

Tank capacity?

How much to fill it?

In the summer months, i can spend up to £300 a month on fuel, maybe even more. It costs around £15 to fill from reserve and i get around 100 to 130 miles before the light comes on.

Bike is a 2007 fireblade. I'm not sure of the tank capacity. At a guess, i'd say 18 litre.

A week is around £12 of fuel. So at the moment thats 12 Ltr and that gets me around 170 miles.

MPG is between 65 & 70.

Not sure of tank capacity, but range is 200 - 220 miles.

Maximum cost, (depending on riding style), £15 to do 180 miles, 12 miles per litre minimum and I do on average 2300 miles per month in the summer and about 1800 miles per month in winter. Therefore about £190 a month in summer and £150 per month in winter.
I have a 19 litre tank and I can get about 200 miles between fill ups.

On a fast riding day about 55 mpg, on a slower day about 80mpg

What's it cost you to run your bike on a monthly basis? - Depends on how many miles I do.

How many MPG can you get off a full tank? - 62.

Tank capacity? - 18 litres, of which 2.5 is reserve.

How much to fill it? - Depends on the cost of fuel, how full the tank is when I start filling and whether I spill any.

Last week i managed 124mpg out of my ybr Very Happy , usually though its about 110mpg, all depends on wind and how fast i ride. I do around 160 miles a week commuting.
