Was talking to a friend, well I think ex-friend now!

They were brazenly telling me how’s they’ve been riding without tax for several months!
Apparently they own quite a few vehicles bikes and hadn’t received a reminder so hadn’t even noticed initially; yea, like that’s an excuse!
Just because they pay hundreds of pounds of tax a year hardly gives them the right to EVERY DAY ride to work in rush hour on a vehicle that shouldn’t be on the road at all.
For a fair bit of this time, it seems it was also not MOT. We all know how important the MOT system is to ensure the safety of our road system is to our familes, children and young feline friends; disregarding important safety legislation is pretty much akin to taking a well-meaning hard working family and killing them one by by torture. No sane person would want to do that, so why would anyone want to use a vehicle without MOT?

Obviously a total fabrication, but they claim they haven’t actually been involved in any accidents, not even running over a single cat – though someone with this little regard of law is no doubt the type that would try and pass off such a blatant lie as the truth.
They did freely admit to repeatably breaking the law; not only were they quite comfortable that they regularly broke the speed limit by up to 25% accelerating away from traffic lights, but they even admitted the front wheel had come off the ground in a ‘wheelie’. You can see why this sort of road is a danger to other road users, children and our household pets!
I wonder if they even realised the amount of carnage they’ve no-doubt left behind in their wake, or blithely ignored it, while they were probably dreaming up plots to over-throw the Royal Family or something.

What also horrified me is that they haven’t been locked up already. Apparently the route they take goes past cameras noted to be ANPR, and they have, they say, regular ridden past and in front of Police Cars, as well as leaving the bike in routes patrolled by the Police on foot!
No wonder people are getting shot, mugged and raped if the government can’t keep these totally illegal road users off the Queen’s Highways.

So, I’m left in the position of what to do and present you the options that seem apparent to me for your consideration.
Should I contact the authorities now, or should I try and get more evidence; perhaps try and, if I can bring myself to do it, engage them in conversation again, but this time secretly recording it so I can present the evidence?
Or perhaps this really needs quicker action than the legal framework can provide; maybe we should arrange a forum action group to permanently disable all their vehicles, using thermite or other similar disabling solution? Obviously while it is skirting on the fringes of the law, it’d be the solution that would offer the most value to our society.

Take a dump on their bike.

If it's the one I'm thinking of it will probably be an aesthetic improvement however.

They probably have a noisy exhaust as well.

Report them for their terrorist behavior. Exporting them for a few years in an orange jump suit might rehabilitate them

All the best

And yes Keith, and to add to that, to give a very good case they did admit to me they had done 'backfires', noting specially that they had done them under bridges and in tunnels to make them louder.
If not a terrorist act, this is certainly assisting Terrorists at the very least; imagine what would happen in a terrorist attack if everyone stayed where they were and didn't try and leave the area? The results would no doubt be massively worse. Perhaps they are EVEN WORSE THAN TERRORISTS for this sort of action?
I think your plan has to be the winner!

While they don't, apparently ride flip-flops, they did give me an example where they had ridden in shorts, a t-shirt and thin 'water shoes'. Worse, this was one of the times they admitted they had done a sustained 'wheelie'. So little regard for their own safety as well as others; no surprise really. We can but hope they wipe themselves and any children they might have before they cause a real catastrophe!

Ste; Me? How dare you consider that I would even think about doing something like that Shocked.
My commuting bike is, of course, fully taxed, MOT'd and insured; so I'm a fully legal and safe road-user, un-like some. Were it not, I'd fully expect a loyal citizen on here to help me out by reporting the matter directly the authorities. The details of the plate are of-course available publicly should anyone want to reassure themselves of this; thank god the general public can access details about my vehicles so that I know I'm always protected!

G, I can say without equivocation that this is the most disturbing post I've read on here for some time. Have these people no regard for anything? Is there no decency left in humanity?

I can only suggest that this "scum", "vermin", call it what you will must be wiped off our streets. They must be eliminated from the gene pool. Oh, to think that they might breed?! Whatever next. Perhaps they'll be performing sinister tricks like squeezing the front brake lever to such an extent that the back wheel begins to rise off the ground?!?!?! Oh to think....

What would Her Majesty think if she realised that her public highways were now being used as a playing field to annihilate poor, defenceless kittens!! Sad

You telling us that this guy can wheelie and has little to no respect for the rules of the road!!?

Thats bad ass!!! Super cool dude IMO. Cool

Seriously though I came off the RSV at the weekend, it was a light crash but my MOT was (shock horror) out of date!! It did make me think that if I were to have had an accident involving another car I could have been up sheet creek.... Anyway bike is off the road now until I repair/Mot her.

Shocked What a conundrum G. However as I am sure you are aware once that Pandoras box of evilness is opened, it simply leads onto further crimes against humanity, nature & kittens.

Have you considered that due to this person NOT paying his Road Fund Licence then no trees are being planted to offset his carbon emissions. He is slowly killing us all, this is mass murder in the grandest scale. He is also one of the root causes of the global depression, when people avoid taxes, governments still have to pay. He is costing us our health & wealth Evil or Very Mad

As we look deeper into this case, less Road Fund Licences means further unemployment. Closures of Post Offices, Welsh people out of jobs at the DVLA. These Welsh will undoubtly be on unemployment benefit for ever more, cause lets face it, what else can the Welsh do but work at the DVLA or sing to sheep?

This person is killing out troops, how can the government buy Chinooks when people like this avoid tax, create unemployment and leave a carbon footprint for others to clear up.

The dilema you are in is immense. I would start a poll on here to get an answer Thumbs Up

I'm assuming there must have been some trigger for G to post this... but I can't imagine what.

Unless of course Stephen or someone posted using G's account. Usually a thread like this would be started when someone else posted a thread with a similar title about a subject not quite as extreme... Maybe I need to read more of the forum.

Well, I decided to stay in contact to collect bas much information as possible to pass to the authorities.

It gets worse.

Apparantly, today they have been riding in London, with, as Ham suggested, only shorts and a tshirt... despite having the protective gear they chose not to wear it! They even hbad gloves in the back of the bike, but bnot on btbheir hands... does the inside of their top box really need protecting more thbantheir hands?
So, just to reiterate for those left agasp... yes, in the most dangerous city inthe uk they CHOSE to ride unprotected, even mentioning again both doing a wheelie and stoppies!

I think Keith is right on the terrorism charges; probably since I talked to them, they have been rushed to Hospital with life threatening injuries, using up the countries valuable resources which could be used to fight the war of terror.

Interetsting thay several people people assume it's a man. I hope I won't be having to be reporting them to bthe relvent authorities under disrimination legislation?
