I bent the end of my gear change lever the other day (trying not to hit a car + roundabout) managed to bend it back in place but noticed it was a bit wobbly where it connects to the bike. I took it off and put it back on again but it's still the same. Not had the bike long and couldn't remember what it was like before. Should these have a bit of play in them or is that not good?

PS its a Suzuki GZ125, if thats any help.

Had the same on my Gs, all i did was take the lever off and threw a washer or 2 in there to close the gap. Then it was fine Mr. Green .

also i think there's supposed to be some amount of 'wobble' as both my uncles bikes do it a bit.

Rob Thumbs Up Cool

Thanks Rob, good idea Thumbs Up

I gave it a few kicks to make sure it wasn't thinking of falling off but a couple of washers should sort it!
