Hey BCF and everyone that's in it Smile

I'm Matt, i'm 17 and i live in Orton Waterville in Peterborough and have been signed up to BCF for quite some months now...

I never got round to introducing myself, so i'm doing it now Very Happy

I'm not 100% sure at the mechanics behind bikes, but i know the basics.

I passed my CBT about 4 months ago, and on the day of passing i bought myself a Hyosung XRX 125D on a 57 plate. I bought it for £1000 and it had done 6000 miles. I actually asked my CBT instructor what reliable 125's there are out there, and he straight away mentioned the XRX, he actually rode home on his big BMW Tourer and came back on it!!

I tried out a few bikes on the day, a CBR 125, Aquila 125 and a GT125R, and of course the XRX. I liked the GT125R the most, but due to the price, i had to go for the XRX.

I'm chuffed to bits with it and am extremely happy i'm on the rode on an a motorbike. All my mates passed their CBT when i was at school, most had mopeds and scooters, but i didn't like them at all, so i just anxiously waited until i was 17 and got myself straight onto a 125 with gears Very Happy

Apart from my bike itself, i've enjoyed being on 2 wheels, my mate got his Suzuki GP 125 a few weeks ago, which was his dads, and it;s a well looked after 82 model, which is MINT for its age. We hit the road together not long ago, took a trip all the way to the coast, it was just great.

Just having that sense of freedom and the independence to go anywhere you want at any time, it really is amazing.

Sorry for the essay of an introduction anyway, but i'm pleased to be part of such a great forum, had loads of help on here, and i've equally helped others back.

Thanks for reading people, much appreciated
Thumbs Up
