I'd probably never use a classic awesome bike, so I'd have to say something poserish like a Triumph Scrambler.
When I was 15/16 my "dream" bikes were the Triumph TT600 (I'm well living my 16 year old dream) and a big Harley V-Rod. Then at 17 or so it was "House's" Fireblade
