Right meant to be going on holiday in 3days so a few weeks ago I organised for £300 to be trans from my saver to current account ready for me to take it out today and have for my holiday. I get a call today asking why i am trying to trans £300 from my current when it isn't there. Been in absolute shock, I said that it was meant to be the other way round. The patronising cow, then told me that I should have gone in and set it up if I didn't understand it.

I DID

So now I have 3Days to make find £300

Why not just withdraw said money and then go and see one of the tellers to tranfer it if you really need it in the current account.

Internet bankings biggest advantage for the banking industry is that when they cock up, they can say it was your fault even when it so obviously is not.

Paypal are the worst culprits for this, they really do think all their customers are stupid.

As above, if you do something online that isn't correct then there is only one person who has done it.... if you don't understand the option you are choosing, don't choose it just do it via the nice person in-branch, it's not rocket science.
