You could try going here https://www.ducatisti.co.uk/forum/ducati-hypermotard-1100/ and starting a 'wanted' thread. Most Hyper owners take the mirrors off as they make filtering a nightmare and the flashing handguards are a bit lairy. Although I imagine most folk will want to keep them so as not to upset the bikes resale value.

Worth a try.

Have posted a wanted ad, any other ideas of where i'd find some. even oem 1100s or maybe some alternatives?

Rac3r, the main thing i want is the mirrors, i want them to fold in, the hypermotard ones look a pretty good idea, have seen someone fit em to a tuono and think they'l look suited to the street.

Personally I don't see something that makes your bars even wider as suited to urban street riding.

Do look quite tarty if a little unutilitarian on the one often parked up at the gym.
