I bought some as a joke for a housemate over Christmas for secret Santa. She is well known for being a junkie and whores herself out for cocaine (I live with some great people!).

ANYWAY I can't remember the ones I got but they were these little red things. You were only supposed to take one, of course she popped 3 and came to my room tripping balls and claiming the world was going to end. Pretty funny I thought, although I felt slightly guilty and scared she might rape me.

Housemates were not impressed. I got some stick for a few days.

Most legal highs are shit, get them on reccomendation from someone who knows what they're talking about.

I have tried Spice, Snow/Blow, Methadrone, and a couple of other random pills, and something meant to be like Speed.

Spice wasn't nearly as good as just getting stoned

Snow/Blow was like taking really really weak coke, and made me feel proper sick.

Methadrone kept me up for at least 50 hours, although I did take quite a bit of it, made me chat bollocks and was pretty much spot on like mandy, although I didn't take it in a club environment so I don't know about the euphoric side too much. (It's meant to be like mandy)

Random pills from Herbal Highs Stands at Glasto and Bestival did precisely fuck all. The Speed stuff I bought from a dealer, and I'm pretty sure it was just Speed, as he couldn't tell me what it was called, and felt just like Speed

Pills with ketones in them are not too bad for being legal.

mephedrone & methylone are pretty good but kind of addictive, don't last that long and not as intense as their real substitutes but a lot cleaner

I once tried some random tree barkesque stuff at a bong stall at the Reading Festival back in the 90's, which did precisely nothing until I got back to my tent where I had a bong of some proper stuff. have tried mephedrone and methylone, the mephedrone i preferred and was somewhat, although significantly not as good as, mdma. it was like mdma-lite.

tried nutmeg, it was shit. just spaced out to fuck, felt unsteady. went to bed. had blood shot eyes and a headache for ages after.

i also unintentionally got fucked up on diphenhydramine (found in nytol etc) and that was just fucking weird, full on realistic hallucinations, like dreaming while awake. NO euphoria so not enjoyable but certainly unforgettable.

edit to add also propylhexedrine (otc decongestant), like wank billy, and ephedrine, even wanker billy.

Had a go with some 5x salvia, didnt do much, hit the 20x and can't really explain it, felt like i was becoming detached from reality, and make me laugh like a tit for ages - was enjoyable though.

My bro and my friends experienced some more vivid visions/sensations, I am notoriously shit at hitting a bong so probably didn't get the full dose, but everyone who tried it said they would do it again and it was an interesting drug.

Salvia is decent if you smoke it right
Smoke it in a pipe rather than a bong as any non-smoke inhaled will dilute the effects somewhat.
Try to hold your breath for as long as you can.

Also I read once that using a butane lighter is better as you will feel the effects more if the salvia is burnt at a higher temperature.

It's hard to explain what happens but it's like you're seeing things in 3rd person, mad hallucinations and hearing things.

It only peaks for a few minutes then wears off very quickly, You can get headaches from smoking it again straight after.

I've never tried the legal ones before as the illegal ones were so readily available where I grew up.

But I saw a documentary about legal highs and apparently they're pretty dangerous. They're legal because they have not been classed as illegal yet. For example popper's are actually room odourisers, GBL is an industrial solvent, BZP or "Benny" originated as a worming treatment for cattle.

I guess the ok ones would be legal highs which include Blessed party pills and Happy Caps, containing ingredients such as caffeine, kola nut, clary sage and geranium as they are natural chemicals.

I've seen a few of my mates have a worse comedown from legal highs as opposed to illegal and it put me right off. I don't take pills or powders any more, but If I did, i'd choose the illegal ones for a better reaction and comedown.
