Lookingfor advice..

I was trying to get my front sprocket cover off to check it.The alan keys i have are short.
So i decided to use the longer shaft and a pair of pliers ..got one bolt out onto the next ..tight ...very tight...snap.
The wee narrow bit at the end snapped inside the bolt,I tried drilling (its hardened steel of course) it nothing...

Any ideas?

Titanium drill bit?

A proper garage with specialised tools might possibly be able to help you more I think.

Can you pull it out with a magnet? Try loosening it by tapping it with a punch first.

Screw the other bolt back in and assume the front sprocket is fine until it stops driving the bike forwards?

If something wont budge of is own free will then you need to hit it with a hammer to shock it or heat it up.
Ti drill bit will take time, Get a chisel and punch a phillips pattern into it (a + pattern basicly), shock it before hand obviously trust me a punch and a hammer work wonders.
