How much will stubbying my can affect the fuelling?

Taken the old can off the RVF because it looked and sounded rubbish (fake carbon fibre fail) and have got an OEM honda one ready to be bolted on.

Thinking about stubbying it as its massive, if I chopped 10" off the end would I have to re-jet the engine?
