got fed up with my dt so i thought i would have ago at puting a bigger engine in. it here is a picture of it sofar the engine is out of a TM1250E im hoping that i can get the origanal dt airbox to fit.

just weded the frame managed to fir the 250 swing arm and rear suspention linkage Very Happy i now have a fully ajustable ohlins rear gas shock. Very Happy Very Happy alumineum swingarm just need to sort out the rads now

engine is in and freame is being properleay welded anyone no wear i can get the fron wheel respoked with an alumineum hub ? can w8 till i get thes on the road pull up next to some one wana race haha pics will be up later tonight.

If only there was an easy was to add an autolube system to your creation. I think i'd have looked for a DT200R or DT230 engine to fit if i could find one for the right price?

I'f you already had the TM250 engine then fair enough, but for a road used machine, id hate running on premix enough to put me off two strokes forever!

managed make a set of silacone coolant hoses from the ones of my rst

started it fine how do ajust the reas suspention ? ther is a flathad at the top and a nob at the bottom ? like witch ways make what harder or softer ?

its already registred

think i might have to redo the jetting as the dt air box is gona restrict flow might just need to clear it out

here is 2 videos of it running today


just need sprockets and chain now how shoud i go about conecting the ignition to stop it starting could i just break the wire going to the coil when its switched off ? would this have anyy ill afects

all finished now dunno what happend to the pics need to repopst em or somthing fitting a new piston today need to sort the jetting out aswell its stupid ley fast but runs like a pig
